Enjoyed helping the students because they are in a critical learning point in their lives. A typical day at Guilford county would be working uncertain hours with definite uncertain pay, constant changes without warning or employee input. Job postings put up at short notice, which gave an employee the feeling that - the company wanted you to stay in the same position without moving up in the company.

I learned that if I wanted to advance in the company I would have to leave and go to another company to be advanced in the same type of work. I left everyday exhausted and stressed. I did not feel that I had the time to do my job adequately. Pros Staff. Cons stress and no breaks. Working with kids is the best part of my job. The pay is below average, the school you work with depends on your happiness. The kids will brighten up your day everyday regardless of how you feel. Pros Working with kids. The students. It was a good place to work. Teacher shared their lessons and technique. Student were geraly very good and worked good together, All in all if was a good experience.

School bus driving is an ok job if you are in college getting a degree. But once you get the degree It's best to leave.
