Can you get bfp 9dpo

I wasn't going to test early but wanted to get rid of the Adsa test that I had thinking it would be negative so I wouldn't take it nearer AF! I suppose I just want to know if any of you got a BFP this early and had a healthy pregnancy? I will test again in a couple of days and hopefully see some progression but I just need a bit of reassurance! Is it good to get a BFP this early? Sorry for my rant!
