Since that time, Jeff has had the amazing privilege of speaking to over , individuals. Jeff has a varied background of working in the church, as a ministry director for 10 years as well as a Student Ministries Pastor of a large Southern California church for over 2 years.

Jeff currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his 3 young children and his wife Monique, who works locally as a Family Nurse Practitioner with an underserved population, as well as a professor in academia. Along with working for the local church, Jeff has been on staff at Azusa Pacific University, as well as Grand Canyon University, and has been on the faculty as an adjunct professor at Arizona Christian University.

Prior to this, he was involved in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles for seven years, doing stand-up comedy, acting, voiceover work, and production.
